Delete Your Account — Swastik RMC India

Use this page to request deletion of your Swastik RMC app account (Android package com.swastikrmc.app) and the personal data associated with it.

Before you request this: your account is issued by Swastik RMC India for your work. Deleting it removes your access to the app entirely, and it cannot be undone — a new account would have to be created for you from scratch. If you only want to change your password, you can do that inside the app under Change Password.

What gets deleted

When we accept a deletion request, we permanently remove:

your account profile — name, email address and assigned role;
your login credentials, so the account can no longer be used;
your device push-notification tokens, ending all notifications to your devices;
your active sessions on every device.

What we keep, and why

We cannot delete everything. Operational records created through the app are business and financial records of the Company, and Indian accounting, tax and labour law require us to retain them. After your account is deleted we retain:

operational records — vehicle and trip logs, diesel entries, inventory movements, site attendance, maintenance and salary records;
tickets, comments and their attached photographs;
activity and audit logs, which exist precisely so that past actions remain traceable.

These records are retained for as long as the applicable statutory retention period requires — generally up to 8 years for accounting and tax records under Indian law, and longer where an audit, dispute or legal proceeding requires it.

Where the law allows, we will disassociate these records from your personal profile so they remain as business records without continuing to identify you.

How to request deletion

Submit the form below, or email info@swastikrmcindia.com from the address registered on your account with the subject “Account deletion request”.

We will verify that the request genuinely comes from the account holder before acting on it — we may contact you on your registered phone number to confirm. Verified requests are actioned within 30 days, and we will confirm once it is done.
