Access is granted, not requested. The Swastik RMC application is an internal tool issued by Swastik RMC India to its employees, drivers, site staff and authorised contractors. By logging in with credentials issued to you, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who may use the app
The app may be used only by individuals to whom Swastik RMC India (“the Company”) has issued an account. There is no public registration. If you have obtained access without authorisation, you must stop using the app immediately.
Your right to use the app lasts only as long as your employment or engagement with the Company, and may be suspended or withdrawn at any time at the Company’s discretion.
2. Your account
You are responsible for everything done through your account. Specifically, you agree to:
- keep your password confidential and not share it with anyone, including colleagues;
- not use anyone else’s account, or allow anyone else to use yours;
- change your password immediately if you suspect it has been compromised, and inform your administrator;
- keep the device on which the app is installed reasonably secured with a screen lock.
Actions taken in the app are logged and attributed to the account that performed them.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the app only for legitimate Company business. You must not:
- enter information you know to be false, including inaccurate trip, diesel, attendance, inventory or expense records;
- upload photographs or content that are unlawful, or that capture individuals in a way that breaches their privacy and has no business purpose;
- extract, copy or disclose Company data to any third party without written authorisation;
- attempt to access records, functions or roles beyond those assigned to your account;
- probe, scan, reverse-engineer, decompile or interfere with the app, the API or the servers behind them;
- use automated means to access the service other than the official app.
Falsifying operational records may amount to misconduct under your terms of employment or engagement, and may be dealt with accordingly.
4. Data you enter belongs to the Company
All operational records, photographs, documents and reports created through the app in the course of your work are the property of Swastik RMC India and constitute Company business records. They may be reviewed, audited, reported on and retained by the Company.
5. Ticket links shared over WhatsApp
Certain tickets are distributed as signed links that allow the recipient to view and act on the ticket without logging in. The link itself is the authorisation. You must not forward such a link to anyone who is not the intended recipient.
6. Availability
The Company aims to keep the app available but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Access may be suspended without notice for maintenance, upgrades, or to protect the security or integrity of the system. Features may be added, changed or removed at any time.
The app periodically downloads updates. Keeping the app updated is required for continued reliable operation.
7. Third-party services
The app relies on third-party services to function, including our hosting provider, Expo for notification delivery and app updates, and a WhatsApp gateway for operational messages. Their availability is outside the Company’s control.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Company is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the app, or from reliance on data within it. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Operational data in the app is a working record. It should be verified before being relied upon for any legal, financial or safety-critical decision.
9. Suspension and termination
The Company may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, including on termination of your employment or engagement, or on breach of these Terms. On termination you must stop using the app and, if asked, remove it from your device.
10. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Account deletion is described on the account deletion page.
11. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its “Last updated” date. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the app.
